KPV

🔍 Description:

KPV is a tripeptide consisting of lysine, proline, and valine, derived from the larger melanocortin peptide hormone, alpha-Melanocyte-Stimulating Hormone (α-MSH). Known for its potent anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties, KPV is particularly effective in treating inflammatory skin conditions and promoting gut health. Unlike α-MSH, KPV does not cause pigmentation, making it a favorable alternative for anti-inflammatory treatments.

💪 Health Benefits:

Gut Health: Significantly reduces inflammation in the digestive tract, promoting healing and improving conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and ulcerative colitis.

Anti-Inflammatory: Exhibits systemic anti-inflammatory effects, beneficial for managing chronic inflammatory conditions like arthritis and autoimmune disorders.

Skin Healing: Accelerates wound healing and reduces inflammation in skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, and acne.

Immune Function: Enhances immune response, aiding in the recovery from injuries and infections.

💉 Dosing/Administration:

Typical Dosage:

Subcutaneous Injection: 200-400mcg daily for systemic anti-inflammatory effects and expedited wound healing.

Oral Administration: 250mcg twice daily to target gut health and reduce intestinal inflammation.

Topical Application: 7.5mg applied twice daily for conditions such as acne, eczema, and psoriasis.

Administration Method: KPV can be administered via subcutaneous injection, orally in capsule or spray form, or topically as a cream.

Cycling: KPV does not require specific cycling protocols but should be used based on individual therapeutic outcomes and under the guidance of a healthcare professional.

⚠️ Side Effects and Safety:

Common Side Effects: Minimal; reported side effects include mild skin irritation, gastrointestinal upset, and, rarely, orange pigmentation on the skin.

Safety Profile: KPV is generally well-tolerated and safe for use in various applications. However, it should be avoided in individuals who are pregnant, nursing, or may become pregnant. Discontinue use if significant skin irritation occurs.
